Here are a few things about our classes!

In all of our classes we ask that you wear comfortable shoes as you will stand a lot.  We also ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can start the class on time.  Bring your friends and an empty stomach and we’ll provide the entertainment and the food!

The “Hands-On” Experience Class

(Unless otherwise noted classes are designed for ages 18 to 21 years of age)

Each of the hands-on experience classes have been designed with you in mind.  You will be divided into groups and given recipes and instructions for the evening.  But don’t worry, an assistant is always available as well as the Chef to help you along and make sure you have a great evening and all your questions are answered.  Once all the prep is done, you will be given a short break to mingle, jingle and get to know your classmates.

The second part of the class is used to cook the meal and enjoy the fruit of our labor!

Class Duration:  2 to 3 hours

 The Demonstration Classes

In our Demonstration Classes you are the judge and the jury!  But hold out on the verdict until you’ve tried it.  In this class you will observe the Chef as she demonstrates step-by-step how to prepare fabulous dishes using the professional skills and techniques she has learned from cooking for more than 25 years and being in the industry.  Once the dishes are finished you get to sit down sample the creations.  There is never a dull moment in this class as conversation is encouraged and laughter is inevitable, so invite few friends, neighbors, co-workers or family members to join you and create a special memory.  (Entire classes can be booked for Private Events or Happy Hours (BYOB) or Meet-Ups!)
